Is it safe buying jewelry online?
Wonderful question! Honestly it depends on who sells them.
However today there are more tools to make online shopping safer for customer and for sellers. Giardinoblu invites you to be curious and look for online stores that show real service to the customer.
Giardinoblu accepts payments via PayPal, Klarna, Banck Trasfer and Credit Cards, the safest circuit for online transactions and instant payments.
How do you ship?
Domestic and International shippings are all via UPS Express Courier.
Can I change payment method or delivery address after my order confirmation?
It’s no longer possible to change payment method or address when an order has been confirmed.
Can I buy Giardinoblu Jewellery if I’m allergic to nickel?
All Giardinoblu jewels are made of nickel free materials and finishes.
Feel free to buy the jewels that you love the most from Giardinoblu and wear them with joy and freedom.
However, intolerance to nickel could be very high for some people and allergy could manifest also wearing nickel free bijoux
If your intolerance is very high you will definitely have experienced that the only wearable metals for you are gold and steel. I don’t advise buying in our Boutique just in these cases.
Can I complete my Order if I have not a PayPal account?
Sure, on giaridnoblu.com you can complete your order by Credit Card, Apple Pay and PayPal.
How much is Shipping Fees?
Shipping is FREE where ever you are on Planet. No minimum order requirements.
As soon as your jewel will be ready for shipping, I’ll send you the tracking code so you could ever know where your order is until it gets to you!
How do you ship?
All of our shipments are via UPS Express Courier.
and you'll get your order within three business days after the day of shipping. Any customs inspections on the border could postpone the delivery.
How many time my order takes to get to me?
- When you read “UNIQUE PIECE” in the page of the product, it means that that product is ready to ship. It will get to you within five days worldwide, after the day of purchase, except you ask any modifications.
- When the product is “ONE OF A KIND” we need 15 business days of production before shipping.
Please nothe that when you read this note in the page of the product “**Every piece of jewelry is one of a kind because every Crystal is unique in the Universe. However, you'll have full control of your order, here's how”, I’ll contact you within 24 hours from purchase with some options about the crystal you want to wear.
We need 15 business days to create your jewel from the day you share with me your favorite option.
Can I send my order to PoBox address?
We can't accept any PoBox address because UPS mailman leaves your order to a physical person only.
We work every day to give the best shopping experience we can.
We think that a fast and secure delivery is essential to create an excellent shopping experience.
What if I'm out when the UPS mail man deliver my order?
Don't worry, if you're out or nobody (UPS deliver your order just to physical person) can get your package, the next day UPS will try a second delivery.
If UPS mail man can't find you again or nobody can get your order, he leave the address of the UPS center closest to you in your mail box so you can easily go there and pick up your pack.
What if the jewelry that I purchased doesn't meet my expectations or I need to change the size/chain length?
For any defective or non-compliant product, the guarantee under Italian consumer protection law is applicable.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re really sorry for that. However if your product doesn't include custom stones, or any personalization you can return it within 28 days from the delivery date, here’s how:
STEP 1) Send an email to: info@giardinoblu.com including:
• transaction number
• the product code you want to replace or you want a refund for
• You will return the item within 28 days from the reception (otherwise I will not be able to provide the return).
Refund includes only Unique Piece or ready to ship items, not custom or jewels with stones selected by the customer.
STEP 2) Then you can pack the jewel to return, making sure to use the same box you received it with. Those boxes must not be damaged.
The return shipping will be at your own expenses.
3) Giardinoblu will verify the integrity of shipping in order to arrange a refund (later in this chapter you will be able to choose the type of refund).
Unfortunately I can’t provide refund if the goods are damaged, or not perfectly intact, box included. The jewel must not have been worn.
You can choose two different types of "refund":
• Size change
You can ask for the change only for a different size of the same item.
If you choose this type of refund your new jewelry will be put in production in 3 business days from confirmation. You will be informed about delivery times as soon as possible.

Money Transfer
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by GIARDINOBLU.COM.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Returns must be shipped within 28 days from the day of delivery and the jewel must not have been worn.
We can't replace your jewel with another with a different stone or design.

Unfortunately I can’t provide a refund if the goods are delivered to Giardinoblu and the box is not intact or properly packaged, resulting in damages to the goods.
Giardinoblu also reminds you that, after delivery of the jewels to you by UPS, you have to take care of them, as you are responsible of any damage to the jewels. While opening the box and checking if the jewels are in line with your expectations and the description provided by Giardinoblu, please treat them gently and in a proper way, avoiding to wear them and/or to force the usage of them if they are not fitting your size.
Giardinoblu will check the returned products and verify the absence of damages and/or the conformity to the original jewel, before providing you with a refund.
While cancelling your order, you can choose two different solutions:
• Size change
You can ask for the change only for a different size of the same item.

What is the deadline to make a Return? Can I wear the jewel in the meantime?
Each jewel must be sent to Giardinoblu within 28 days. It’s possible to wear the jewel only for checking if the jewels are in line with your expectations and the description provided by Giardinoblu. Please treat them gently and in a proper way, avoiding to wear them and/or to force the usage of them if they are not fitting your size.
Who pays the costs of the return shipment?
The shipping costs for return will be up to you.
Giardinoblu doesn’t take any responsibility about shipping return.
Packaging has been damaged or broken before sending the return. Can I receive the refund or change size?
GIARDINOBLU.COM reserves the right to not accept returns that come back damaged or inside boxes not in perfect conditions.
The stone of my ring has fallen out / the chain is broken, can you repair it?
For any defective or non-compliant product, the guarantee under Italian consumer protection law is applicable.
Of course, fixing and reparation are free.
If after seven months from purchase your jewel is damage, we can repair it for you, here's how to do:
Solution A:
- Send an email to info@giardinoblu.com with a picture of your jewel explaining what's happened. I'll reply in 48 business hours. I can replace just the crystals that we still have in stock.
- Return the jewel in the same box you received it with to:

- When I receive the jewel I provide to put it on our benches or pick an other stone when it's possible. This crystal will be similar and not identical to the original one, cause every crystal is natural, no cut.
- I'll send the ring back to you for free.
We can't provide to repair your jewel for free more than six month from purchase.
Solution B (just for band rings):
- I'll send you a new Crystal, similar and never identical to the original one. Every Giardinoblu crystal is natural and mo cut.
- then you can ask to a jewelry shop to put it on your ring by using a resin or a special glue, or you can set the crystal by yourself.
Giardinoblu is not responsible for this repair.
FIXING and reparation are free within the first six months after the purchase of your jewel.
If within that period your jewel is damaged, we can repair it for you, here's how to do:
• Send an email to info@giardinoblu.com with a picture of your jewel explaining what's happened. I'll reply in 48 business hours.
• Return the jewel in the same box you received it with to:

I don't know my ring size, how can I do to know it?
If you don’t know your size you could go to a jewelry store, they can help you to find your perfect size.
Otherwise, finding your ring size at home is simple and pretty fast. Take a look at the "FREE RING SIZER" and follow the smart instructions.
I don’t find my size on “find sizer", what can I do?
First, make sure that there is not truly. To find your size, use a simple ring, such as a wedding band for example. If you don’t find it, that’s ok, write to info@giardinoblu.com, we’ll think about a custom solution!

I bought a ring, but it doesn’t fit me perfectly, how can I do?
Even if we don’t realize it, fingers circumference is not always the same. It can change depending on the temperature of our body or season for example.
Situation A)
Is it high summer? Ring may fit at the limit of its size (without tightening) as well as, if you're in winter, there could be the chance of turning very easily on finger.
If you’re in one of these circumstances, or similar, your ring doesn’t seem perfect in size, but you don’t feel compulsion or feeling of losing it.
In these cases the ring is probably your right size. You'll understand it better when temperatures will change.
Every person has a different range of changing with temperature, so fixing an universal method is impossible, you have to trust your feelings.
Situation B)
You’re quiet on your flower terrace, sipping aromatic tea with your cuddly cat, temperature is fantastic, but opening your pack… oops, it’s really a bit too wide (or narrow)!

All of One of a Kind rings, are made on the perfect size of who will wear them.
Feel free to share with me your ring size by writing a note in the white space you find when you place the order.
